Living and dining rooms open to exterior landscaped lānai and pools without being impeded  by walls or doors which are pocketed out-of-sight. Coral is used as the signature exterior wall cladding and roofs are celadon glazed clay tiles or verdigris copper. Walls are minimized to give the appearance  of tropical roofs “floating” over lush landscaping stepping down the hill side to the sweeping sandy beach.
