Waikōloa King's Land, Hawai`i

Nestled in the resort of Waikōloa on the Big Island of Hawai’i, the Hilton Grand Vacation Club envisioned a resort community with 802 units developed on five parcels tethered around its Kings’ Golf Course. The design is inspired by the plantation heritage of the island with three-story residences containing one-, two-, and threebedrooms. Designed as a courtyard village the design comprises a recreational pools, a spa, a great hall, and a keiki club.
